WSN Announces CSS Driven Tools for Rapid Website Customization
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, April 2 - Wine industry technology leader WSN Systems Corporation announced today a new cascading style sheets (CSS) application which makes it easy to change the look and feel of a website in real time.
Created for designers and html web developers, the CSS driven tools enable designers to instantly change colors, navigations bars, buttons, and many other html features on a website. "Adding this CSS functionality will decrease the amount of time it takes to make core html changes to a web page," said Neal Barnett, WSN's CIO. Most of the content on any given web page can be edited from the FORT System content management editor. But there are some parts of a web page that could not be edited easily, such as navigation bars and other areas. Now these can all be changed in a snap, and the designer can preview the entire new website before committing to it.
Barnett also notes that this development should help increase the average launch time for new websites on the FORT System. Designers can preview a range of layout and color options, and look at dozens of variations on the site layout and colors in just a few minutes.
