WorldShipNet Starts 3rd Year of Operations with Over 100 Winery Members

Members Range from Southern California to Oregon

San Francisco, CA, April 21, 2003 - WorldShipNet begins its third year of operations with over 100 wineries registered in its system. WorldShipNet, an alliance including WSN (technology & marketing), Lo Spuntino (multi-state retailer), Wineshipping.com and Vintage Logistics (fulfillment warehouses), and Lionstone International (non-resident dealer) has seen new memberships rise steadily since it began operations in early 2001.

In October of last year, WorldShipNet also added a major fulfillment warehouse partner in Oregon: Oregon Wine Services & Storage, which has enabled Oregon wineries to benefit from the non-reciprocal state fulfillment service as well.

With fulfillment warehouses in southern California (Vintage Logistics in Santa Maria), the San Francisco Bay area (Wineshipping.com in Sonoma) and Oregon, WorldShipNet can effectively service most wineries on the west coast.

To help make three-tier shipping even easier for wineries, WSN will soon add new technology to the system that provides member wineries a single interface for comprehensive management of all orders, both reciprocal and non-reciprocal, including reporting and shipping functions.
